Dog Friendly

Dog Friendly at Trees Caravan Park

Why let your beloved pet miss out on a great holiday!

Trees Caravan Park is an ideal location to bring your four-legged friend along to enjoy a fantastic break.

There are seven pet friendly caravans at ‘Trees’ across the range of caravans – Spruce, Larch and our three bedroom.  Some of our caravans accept two dogs. Some breeds of dog including those listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not allowed. Please provide us with the details of the breed of your dog when you book.

Pembrokeshire is a fantastic place for dogs to come on holiday.  You and your dog are welcome on more than 50 of Pembrokeshire’s beaches, but some do have dog restricted areas or dog bans between 1 May and the end of September. The beach at Wiseman’s Bridge, which can be reached via a lovely walk from ‘Trees’, is dog friendly all year round.

Woof Guide.

For our guests bringing along their family pet, we have produced a  guide which highlights pet friendly beaches, attractions, pubs, restaurants etc.  A copy of the Woof Guide is available in our pet friendly caravans.

Day Boarding Kennels.

Dogs must not be left unaccompanied in your caravan so if you wish to spend the day at an attraction where the dog is not allowed (ie Folly Farm) then you may want to book your dog into one of the nearby day boarding kennels.  These include:-

  • Country Boarding – Saundersfoot. Contact: Mrs Julie Jones.  Tel: 01834 812679.
  • Foxcombe Cat and Dog Boarding – Manorbier. Contact: Jane Kidney. Tel: 01834 870135.
